Oakes model 8MB5 continuous mixer/foamer. 303 stainless steel food grade mixer.
110 psi back pressure on head. Unit has a baking rotor which is designed
for cake batter, icing, etc. Main drive 5 hp, 3/60/230/460 XP. Range 100 to 350 rpm.
All electricals are explosion proof. Heavy duty jacketed stators, 3/4 hp 3/60/230/440
varidrive for feed pump. Range is 25 to 253 rpm. Feed pump was a Waukesha model
15U (Not Included).

Overall: 66" high, 3' wide, 42" deep.
