300 Gallon APV Process Kettle - Scraper Agitation - 75 PSI Jacket

APV 300 gallon stainless steel jacket conical bottom processing kettle. National Board # 8127. Interior dimensions are 64" diameter x 16" straight side height x 20" cone. Overall dimensions are 80" diameter x 90" high with legs and agitator. The bottom has a 3" center Tri-Clamp pneumatic ball valve for product discharge. The top has (2) 1/3 hinged lids, (1) 4" Tri-Clamp, (1) 3" Tri-Clamp, (3) 2" Tri-Clamp, and (2) 1" Tri-Clamp. Dimple jacket has a Maximum Working Pressure (MAWP) is 75 psi @ 350° F, a Minimum Design Metal Temperature (MDMT) of –20° F @ 75 psi, and a 2.5" inlet and outlet. Serial # G6347. Equipped with a bottom scrape agitator (scraper blades missing). Agitator is driven by a 3 hp 1740 rpm with a 97.89 ratio gear reduced motor. Requires 208-230/460 3 phase electrical supply.
